Faithfully Committed to Supporting Our Communities and Beyond
Father & Sons is committed to supporting the communities where our employees live and work.
That commitment started over twenty five years ago with Helen Whitley heading up “Crop Walk For Hunger”, a program in partnership with local churches that raises funds to feed the hungry in the community.
Today, that same dedication and commitment is on display in several ways. The company makes financial contributions to local not for profits and sponsors local charitable events throughout the year.
In 2013, the company has focused on supporting education and entrepreneurship awareness for youth, making regular visits to a selected high school in the community offering interviewing and job preparation tips, along with sharing skills needed to run a small business.
Our support for the local Community Action Program, which is tasked to help unemployed youth living in poverty has resulted in four hires.
Father & Sons was recently recognized for it’s efforts in securing employment opportunities for ex-offenders along with on the job coaching and mentoring.
At Father & Sons, our core values of Respect and Service Excellence extends to our giving back to bettering the communities where we live and work and continuing as a company to build on that compassion for those who may be in need.
Father & Sons Commitment to Hiring Veterans
Father & Sons Cleaning has a long standing commitment in its outreach at recruiting and hiring veterans. We specifically reach out to those veterans seeking part-time employment to supplement their income or those veterans needing part-time evening work while attending school during the day.
