Providing internship opportunities to high school students and a second chance to young adults
is a core value at Father & Sons Cleaning. Students engaged in the workplace not only gain work experience, but they also benefit by working in teams, thus building relationships with a variety of people.
Our Second Chance Program allows young people to re-establish themselves in the workforce, jump start their career and earn money to support their families. Recognizing past mistakes and focusing on being a better person and employee is discussed during the interview and orientation process. Staff engagement from Beloit Memorial High School and Community Action, Inc. has been essential in making both programs work for my company commented Ron Whitley, President of Father & Sons Cleaning, LLC.
